At COXUSA we are proud of the quality and workmanship of all of our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We are pleased to offer you the following 25-Year Limited Warranty on our products for materials and workmanship from the date of purchase at no additional cost to you! Of course, as you would expect, there are some limitations to this warranty. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, accidents, exposure to chemical and/or abrasive cleaners. Our warranty does not cover steel components that rust or corrode.
COXUSA warrants to the original single-family homeowner that products manufactured by COXUSA will be free of defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for 25 years. This includes door frame, top and bottom tracks, top guides and bottom rollers where applicable.
This warranty extends to the original purchasers and the first consumer-owner only. If any product is in our judgment defective, COXUSA will repair, replace it with a similar product, or refund the original purchase price at our discretion. Such options shall be the limit of the liability of COXUSA.
To validate this warranty the Purchaser must provide the original proof of purchase. COXUSA reserves the right to request for photos or request for the original product to be returned to us. This warranty shall commence on the date the product was purchased as identified on the original proof of purchase.
In no event shall COXUSA be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product. COXUSA shall not be liable for any labor charges or freight cost incurred in the connection with the repair or replacement of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, written or implied.
